The family was really nice and welcoming. Especially Moon at the reception was very helpfull and communicating in great English. The morning breakfast is more than wort it. Fresh fruit, eggs, coffee and warm baguette - a bless. The room was cozy the bathroom is ok. 2min walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this homestay for a backpacker

Everything. Location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes from the old town. The staff was super helpful, with lots of suggestions on food and activities. We booked a tour and a show through them, getting better prices than online. The place offers free bikes, although we didn't use them. The room is nice and the bed very comfy. Very clean, AC working well. The bathroom is spacious and with a glass between the shower and the rest, so sink and toilet don't get wet, something we didn't find often here.

the room is super clean and spacious enough (including toilet). there is a pool, though I wasn’t able to use. most importantly, Vincent is the nicest host/owner ever. he’s super helpful and friendly—superb customer service. i’ll definitely book Vincent’s House again if I return to Hoi An. Very helpful staff, he booked us bus to Hue and his wife helped us with our tailored clothes. Nice big room. A little bit hard mattress. Hot water working. Ac was working, there was also a fan. Good wifi. Didnt hear anything from the outside. Really close to the center.

Cloudy homestay is what it promises, we got a lot of help in all areas and th tips for places to visit were really worth it. My girlfriend and i realy enjoyed our stay. Great place to stay, nice balcony. Very friendly family, high recommended!!!
