We loved our visit to this little oasis, the hosts were kind and helpful. The location was great and walkable to the beach and restaurants. Make sure you book in one of their new cabins as they were gorgeous, monkeys, wildlife and the resident pig entertained us. Highly recommended to anyone who wants quiet and calm accommodations with easy day trips. We found a secluded beach just a 5 minute drive north of Potrero. Overall our best accommodation in Costa Rica, will recommended.

A clean and sandy beach just across the road and the downtown is a few minutes walk away. I'd love to stay there longer next time.

An out-door kitchen is maintained where guests take care of their own breakfasts and other meals. The pool (not chlorinated) is clean and deep. The site is relatively remote and very quiet, thus of course, we had a variety of bird life come and visit. The road to the guesthouse is surfaced but narrow and with steep grades typically found in the area. The site is close to Ocotal Beach and several other beaches.
