Very close to the bus stop and there was a nearby pub. The buses were down for the bank holiday, so we walked to and from Lyme Regis via a beautiful river path.

Becky was very welcoming, large room, well appointed, lovely breakfast, good location for walkers and Clovelly. All very comfortable and pleasant.

The decor and cleanliness was second to none. Facilities are awesome and high quality. Milk in a fridge in the room was a really nice touch that makes a cuppa so much nicer. The continental breakfast was a lovely affair with homemade granola that was nutty and flavorful and actually made a nice change from the traditional fry up. Can't praise it highly enough. I can't believe how many stars could be seen away from light pollution.

Beautiful tastefully decorated house, located in the heart of Ilfracombe on a very quiet street. Spacious, very clean room, large bathroom. Very tasty breakfast :) The owners are an absolute delight: friendly, charming, professional and helpful. We felt like we've been known them for years. A real home from home experience. Quite possibly the best B&B we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. The location is ideal for both the seafront and the town, and the room we had was excellent. Spacious, airy, the room has everything you could possibly need - even a hot water bottle. The fridge was a bonus too on such a hot weekend. After a fabulous night's sleep we were presented with an excellent breakfast, which we only just managed to finish because we'd had so much of the fresh fruit on offer. If you are planning a visit to Exmouth, look no further for your accommodation as you won't find better elsewhere. Thank you Ian, for such a wonderful time
