Located near Midleton, 33 km from Cork, Tranquil Water Accommodation provides bed and breakfast rooms, a self catering studio and a glamping Pod. This property truly lives up to its name. We felt tranquil as we viewed Cork Harbor from our room. As the first stay in our tour around Ireland, it gave us the needed beginning rest and then was a great hub to explore around the area. Mary made us feel right at home. The house provided pretty much everything we needed and there was a pub within walking distance for an evening meal and a pint.

The owners were very welcoming, helpful and kind, they even offered a bit of space in their fridge for a few product that we brought. The bathroom also had everything we needed, plus I just loved the choice of colours for the towels. We are definitely going back.

Bonus is it is walking distance from my brother’s place and gives a lovely stroll either down the high street or via the beach.

We've been in Ireland for a month now and have stayed at 10 different lodgings and this one has been without a doubt our favorite. Lovely home with everything you need and then some. Great location with lots to do and see in the area. Best value of all the places we've stayed as well!!
