The house, the breakfast, the location, Francesca and her Mom were outstanding and nothing was too much to ask.

Well equipped, a great comfortable bed, great towels, private parking spot which helps a lot. The terrace outside is cosy and relaxed to sit and enjoy a wine or coffee. It is a fantastically modern setting built within a rustic castle. The apartment has incredible views to the lake and all the modern amenities over two floors. There is a private, protected car park and an elevator to take you to the top. The kitchen was stocked with oils and spices and there was a starter bottle of water and some candy available. There was a washer for clothes with detergent and a washer for dishes with detergent. Baveno was only a short walk away.
