Super host, Mr Raja, very attentive to our needs. Provided breakfast which wasn't expected but very welcome. Also complimentary cleaning of the apartment. Allowed us to use the lovely garden area to invite friends round to a bbq and even marinated the meatstuff for us. AC was good, and free wifi too. Location very convenient just outside of Colombo, very quiet with no traffic noise or fumes.

Offering a garden and garden view, House of Erskine is set in Mount Lavinia, 1.7 km from Mount Lavinia Beach and 8.3 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station. The owner is incredibly kind - he went out of his way to help me. If you ask, you are able to have delicious food at the house which I highly recommend. The rooms don’t have aircon but the fan is all you need.
