I stayed one night at Kirinda Heaven. It’s a beautiful, family run property. The property is fairly new so all of the accommodations are modern. It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

It was the most satisfying Sri Lanka homestay I've ever been. I've never seen a homestay in Sri Lanka with AC and a good value for money including breakfast like this. And the host Manu and his family were really, really nice and friendly. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights, but I stayed for 4 nights... I will never forget the cute puppy Blacky, cat Cc and Manu's family!

In my opinion, this is the best place you can stay in Tangalle. It is located a little bit outside the center so calmer but still close enough so that within 5 minutes, you are in town if you wish to. Two of the most beautiful beaches of the area (Silent Beach and Goyambokka Beach) are within walking distance. The place itself is absolutely great. It's a beautiful house with the hosts living on ground floor and the rooms/apartments on 2nd and 3rd floor. They are very spacious and equipped with everything you need, both for a short vacation or for a longer term stay. The beds are comfortable and the mattresses have standard US/European length, so your feet won't stick out. The AC works properly and in addition there is a fan. The WiFi is perfectly stable and fast enough even for video calls. The bathroom is clean and designed in such a way so that you can take a shower without the entire floor being wet for hours. The host and his family are very friendly and welcoming. His English is very good which makes communication easy, and he replies very quickly. They offer food at their place and rent out scooters. Given the price all of this is offered to us as guests, this place definitely deserves a 10 star review. I have already recommended coming here to friends and am certain you will be happy staying here either.

Featuring sea views, AMOUR AT TURTLE BEACH is located in the Tangalle Beach district of Tangalle, 23 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole and 20 metres from Rekawa Lagoon. Amazing service! Don took us wherever we needed to, and helped with all the activities. Truly great hospitality. Property itself is very spacious, clean, and close to the turtle watching center.

Set in Tangalle within 15 km of Hummanaya Blow Hole and 6 km of Tangalle Lagoon, Turtle Watch Cabana provides rooms with free WiFi. All of the cabins had air conditioning which we were super happy about and the included breakfast was wonderful including a mountain of fruit in addition to other wonderful items that changed daily! The optional dinner for 2500 was equally delicious a with big portions. There are also a few great restraints/bars within an easy walk. Probably for many the highlight will be watching the turtles, the host knows exactly where they are and then are laying eggs due to his network of turtle watchers!

Offering a private beach area, Green Turtle is located on Rekewa Beach, 12 km from Tangalle. 1 minute from turtle watch rekawa information center. Amazing cozy quiet hotel 5 min walk from really nice beach. Extremely nice personal and service.

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Little Sunshine Guest House & Restaurant is set in Tangalle in the Hambantota District Region, a 5-minute walk to the Marakolliya Beach. Amazing option to stay near the silent beach. The hosts are extremely friendly, their food is so delicious, we always ate there (breakfast, lunch-snack and dinner). The room is big and has a very comfortable bed. The guesthouse area is very nice and has a cute dog, lanka.
