Kirinda Heaven - Yala, a property with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, is set in Kirinda, 700 metres from Kirinda Beach, less than 1 km from Nidangala Beach, as well as 14 km from Tissa Wewa. I loved everything. We had an eleven-day scooter trip across the island, and Kirinda was our last stay before going home to Galle. The property is very well maintained; it looks new, minimalistic, and stylish. Everything was just perfect: the mattresses were super comfy, the AC worked properly, the shower was great, etc. But the main thing was the stuff and the food they cooked. I hadn't expected that I'd have one of the best dinners in five months in a place I had never heard of. Just spectacular!

Featuring a private beach area and views of sea, Beach Bungalow Yala is a recently renovated campground located in Kirinda, a few steps from Kirinda Beach. It’s most amazing place to be, very good location for visiting Yala national park but also very nice place to stay and just chill and enjoying the nature, but the real treasure are the people, Babu and Roshan was amazing they really made our stay memorable, we had beach dinners fire and amazing time with them!

Boasting a balcony with garden views, a garden and a bar, Kingfisher Beach Resort -Yala can be found in Kirinda, close to Nidangala Beach and 500 metres from Kirinda Beach. Beautiful house in a divine environment, you just hear the sound of the waves and the peacocks! Shehan the owner is super super nice and he became a friend he is a warm and giving host and a wonderful cook!

Located in Yala and only 200 metres from Palatupana Beach, O2 Villas Yala provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Exceptional experience at O2 Villas Yala! So beautiful, private and peaceful. Amazing staff! So accommodating and truly went the extra mile. Lovely pool and views! A monkey even came to visit on the balcony. What an experience!

Located in Yala in the Hambantota District region, Nil Sisila Beach Resort Yala provides accommodation with free private parking. A à la carte breakfast is available daily at the bed and breakfast. We spent two nights in this little resort at a lonely beach right next to Yala NP. We just wanted to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. You can stroll along the long beach, collect shells and watch the sea birds. The owner Hansa and his assistant and cook made us feel very comfortable and served us delicious meals and great breakfasts with big fruit plates, once even the Sri Lankan style breakfast. The curries and the fish dishes were outstanding and very tasty! It was a three-course meal every evening cooked just for us! The price for these meals was absolutely okay for us. Hansa is a very knowledgeable person who can tell you a lot of interesting things about life in Sri Lanka if you ask him. We especially enjoyed sleeping outside on the big porch where there are three beds to relax in during day and night. The unforgettable highlight of our stay, however, was watching an elephant at about four o’clock in the morning, eating some leaves from his favorite tree next to the main house and then passing silently by the veranda where we were breathless (and a little nervous) onlookers!

Situated in Kirinda, near Nidangala Beach, Kirinda Beach and Kirinda Temple, Treasure Rock has a shared lounge. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. I would like to share my experience at Treasure Rock. It was my first staying in villa’s type hotel and it’s absolutely amazing! The staff is very polite and kind, always here to help, top service! The food is delicious and not very spicy, enormous portions. The director of the hotel is a really nice lady! She organized us a free ride to the waterfalls. The villa is a masterpiece, so stylish! 10 out of 10! Swimming pool is clean and very useful considering big ocean’s weaves. Nearby there is the Yala Park with exotic animals and beautiful mountains. I recommend this villa to those who really wants to stay away from big cities, it’s so calm and peaceful. However words are not enough to describe this magnificent place, you have to discover it by yourself!

Boasting lake views, Humbhaha jungle nature eco resort offers accommodation with free bikes, a garden and barbecue facilities, around 18 km from Situlpawwa. This is one of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and you can spend quite a while wandering the property and looking at all the quirky artwork. I would highly recommend staying in for dinner one night as the food was exceptionally delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful too! They organized our safari ride as well as Tuk Tuks into town. The rooms are a bit on the rustic side, but it adds to the fun experience!

Featuring garden views, Temple Flower Guest provides accommodation with balcony, around 90 metres from Kirinda Beach. Everything was perfect, great staff, would reccomend

Set in Yala, 8 km from Situlpawwa, Yala Leopard Camping features a barbecue and views of the sea. Bed linen is offered. Yala Leopard Camping also includes a children's playground. Great place to stay in Yala for very reasonable prices with including Yala safari. The tents were very clean, spacious, and comfortable with amazing showers. They were able to seamlessly arrange our safari through Yala, where we saw elephants, water buffalo, monkeys, deer, and leopards. The food was absolutely incredible and the camping staff were great. This place definitely lived up to our expectations.

Featuring air conditioning, Jetwing Safari Camp is set amidst the immediate outskirts of the Yala National Park. Kataragama is 21 km from the property. Free WiFi is offered. Amazing property, amazing staff and amazing facilities. Has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed at by far. There is nothing in this facility that I would change!
