Any request we had they tried to fulfill immediately! + we were allowed to use the facilities at the other hotels related to this property. We especially loved the free use of the saunas and the infinity pool + breakfast had many healthy and yummy options. They even with great options for vegans, so we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. The views onto the ocean from the terrace were quite the sight. + cute little town with natural pools and very quiet at night

I highly recommend visiting the Restaurante Casal da Penha, dinner was the best eaten on the island, was definitely worth every cent. Host hospitality made you feel like home.

The owner was absolutely lovely and I immediately felt welcomed. She offered suggestions for places to eat in the local area. The room is exactly like the pictures. Comfortable bed and great little ensuite. The location is great - literally 5 mins from the old town area which is lovely to explore. The breakfast the next morning was just lovely and relaxing. Nice view looking over the rooftops towards the sea.

The apartment is super cute and functional. Great location, being very close to the shopping mall, restaurants, market and central area. The owners/administrators were very caring and worried about always providing a great experience.

Situated in Funchal and only 500 metres from Almirante Reis Beach, Apartments Madeira Barreirinha features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The staff was amazing. Luciano and Orlando are very kind and welcoming. Luciano made an effort to fulfil our requests on check-in and his colleague Orlando checked us in relatively late on a Friday evening. They gave us the best advices on the best places to eat espetadas, fish and bolo do caco. And also where to drink poncha close by. It was a very good advice to avoid driving after drinking a 50% alcoholic drink 😅 The facilities are great and depending on the room you book, the views are amazing with views to the ocean and the east part of the city. The building has an underground parking and they give you the keys for you to park inside, which is extremely handy given the lack of parking in the public streets all over the city. We didn't use because we went in January, but they also have a swimming pool on the rooftop!

Set in Fajã da Ovelha and only 28 km from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools, Vi Naturae Glamping offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. We stayed 3 nights in dorm 1 and the place was unique experience. - watching sea horizon sun set from the bed room, balcony, moon lights into the bed room . The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Definitely recommend this experience to others
