Perfect location for access to Hualien downtown. The proprietor was exceptionally helpful. I arrived for Chinese New Year, so the city was very crowded. By scooter, he personally scouted around the neighborhood for me to find car parking. The room itself was well kept and comfortable.

Located in Hualien City and with Beibin Park Beach reachable within 500 metres, 海戀初衷文旅 近東大門 provides express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The host is nice and friendly. The property is just around the seaside and night market (walking distance). The room is superb and clean (shiny) with a comfortable smell. Value for money and worth it. Highly recommended and definitely will re-stay for the following visit to Hualien.
