The flat is fully new, perfect Bathroom fully optimized according to the surface, good materials used. Full Security to enter the residence, all shops available around from supermarket to barber, beer shop, dentist, even Odessa international school for kids, just in front of the building. I was very impressed! Nothing was missing! Very good job!

The close proximity to the seaside and Arcadia make it a great place since you can reach everything in walking distance. The windows have great sound insulation aswell so you won’t hear anything from outside if you need to work or take a rest.
