From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

Very-very well equipped apartment placed at ground floor. The rooms are quite large and the furniture modern and functional too (microwave, dish and washing machines present with sops!). We appreciated the presence of a complely private internal small garden to enjoy breakfast in the mornings. The aprtment is locaed just 10 minutes walking from the see and from Rue de France, parallel to famous Promenade des Anglais, that can bring you to Massena square where you can find many shops, restaurants and minimarkets. Very good the presence of a privat parking place, directly aside from the flat, since in Nice is very complicated to find a good parking. Finally, both Mr. and Mrs Charbonnier are very kind people and available in case of any needs you might have during the stay.

While the house was situated on a hill that made for pretty steep walking from the train station/city centre, the view from the terrace and Alberto’s hospitality made it all worthwhile. The breakfast spread was absolutely impeccable, with Alberto providing an insight on typical local dishes, and we looked forward to it each day. Castel Enchanté was a highlight on our European adventure and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Big plus for how clean and organised everything was, jacuzzi definitely is one of the best things there could be! Very modern, spotless and felt like private spa. Additionally the room is very secluded and soundproofed so the sleep was great. We recommend lovely breakfast on the terrace and pleasant chats with Cathrine and Jacques!

Amazing host!! We accidentally had walked up from the train station the first day with two suitcases completely tiring ourselves out. She helped us get up the stairs with our luggage and even offered us a ride early the next morning, which we took her up on, and she was super nice and easygoing. Absolutely beautiful view of the area as well. Super recommended!!!
