Offering a garden and sea view, Nyumba ya Afrika is set in Watamu, 1.4 km from Papa Remo Beach and 1.9 km from Watamu Bay Beach. Excellent location for tranquility and a very good beach within walking distance. All the food provided by the chef was EXCEPTIONAL! The grounds and pool were very well maintained. Peaceful, charming and very well managed. We had the room right at the top, so you'd have to be nimble!

Featuring a private beach area and views of pool, Beba.Beach.House is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Watamu, 1.7 km from Jacaranda Bay Beach. What an absolute gem! If you are lucky enough to find availability at Beba’s gorgeous beach house, don’t hesitate. It is absolutely wonderful - a real quality home, full of love and care and the most amazing staff. Beba is often around to check in, with her adorable two dogs, but if she’s not there, the staff are always ready to help with anything you need. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious and the chef James is brilliant and makes great dinner dishes if you decide to stay in, definitely worth it! Snacks and lunch, plus a wide selection of drinks are available to order. It’s in an incredible location just a few steps from the beach, gorgeous rooms (especially upstairs with its own wonderful shady and cool terrace), fabulous food and plenty to see and do. The walks out to the sandbanks at low tide are incredible- and high tide brings swimming, kite surfing, and plenty of action. There are some beach bars and restaurants nearby (you can hear music after 10am but it’s off by 10pm) and then it’s blissfully quiet.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of garden, Lions' Luxury Eco Resort & Spa is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Malindi, 1.1 km from Malindi Beach. The personal touch from the owners 👌🏾. They made us feel at home and would go out of their way to help us experience the vibe and culture in Malindi. Imelda is really a special one. Very friendly and helpful. All the staff were so pleasant and really helpful. The food was also so delicious. I spent my birthday here and they made it super special for me. I would definitely recommend Lions' luxury Eco Resort and Spa to anyone visiting Malindi.

Set 2.5 km from Watamu Bay Beach, Watamu Eco Villas offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as pool with a view and a garden. This is honestly one of the best places I've ever stayed, I didn't want to leave! So relaxed and quiet with wonderful staff (especially Seline). Your stress levels just disappear as soon as you arrive! Swimming pool was a great way to cool off after being out for the day. The room was big and comfortable, no mosquitoes. Food was delicious! It is a mile or two from the beach but you can get there in a tuk tuk easily. The beaches and snorkeling are stunning and Gedi ruins are also well worth a visit.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. You might expect a delicious breakfast prepared according to your preferences. You can chill by the poolside, in your private quiet place, created for relaxation. Since we were the only guests in the whole resort, Alberto was so kind to offer us a better room, which was absolutely marvelous!

Situated in Watamu, HUHURU House features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Little piece of paradise run by a terrific soul. Laurence is such a cool and funny woman, and the house is just wonderful. We loved our time there and wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast is delicious, fresh, made with so much attention and love. Cool cats and turtle wandering around, comfy bed, close to snake farm... everything was lovely! Watamu town and beach can be easily reach by tuktuk or boda boda, and snake farm by foot if you want. Thanks for everything Laurence 🙏

Set in Watamu in the Coast Region Region, 900 metres from Short Beach (Watamu Marine Park), Rock and Sea Resort features a private beach area and water sports facilities. The resort is amazing and really peaceful. The location over the Mida Creek is fabulous with a fantastic view. Sleeping in the bubble is an unique experience, you can fall asleep watching the sky full of stars and be woken up by the sunrise. The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful in everything. We had a great time in Rock and Sea and we hope to come back soon.
