We loved our stay. The location was lovely and quiet, but still easy distance to shops and things to do. The hosts were lovely. Responding in good time to things we needed. Also, they gave us a lovely breakfast basket with fresh eggs, which was delicious! Within the first few minutes, we felt welcome and at home, which made our stay wonderfully comfortable. It was just perfect for what we needed.

Warm and inviting, soft music in the background while watching the bird outside fly in for their breakfast at the same time. If you didn't want to stay in your room. The staff and facilities were excellent considering a tornado had ripped apart Mount Tamborine in the previous week and the whole area was a disaster. One cabin still had a large tree on top of it and many others trees had fallen. To have the retreat operating the way it was is a fantastic effort by all involved. We didn't cancel as many had as we wanted to support the people and business. The room and facilities were excellent and the rain forrest amazing in spite of all the problems. We really enjoyed our stay.
