My stay has been short but beyond perfect. They also sell cheap dinners, which is a must try. If available, try to get the room(or whatever this small building is called) with a ‘mountain view’. Can see a lot of stars in the night and breathe fresh air. Staff has been very nice and helpful. Breakfasts are wonderful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Vegetarian breakfast was prepared and served hot at my room, exceeding my expectations in taste and choice of ingredients. The landscape, garden, traditional wooden buildings, and the stunning view of sunrise and sunset, all set against the backdrop of misty mountains, left me in awe. The wooden furniture and the papaya plantation in the backyard added to the charm. The friendly staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing a stand fan, hair dryer, and iron promptly upon request. They also went above and beyond in assisting with my travel plans to visit nearby temples (candi). The convenience of walking to grocery shops and the Borobudur temple was a plus. Additionally, the reliable WIFI made arranging routes and grabbing a car on hot afternoons a breeze. What I truly loved was the opportunity to pick flowers from the garden and arrange them on my breakfast table on the patio. My stay at Balkondes Majasingi Jasamarga was truly a delightful experience, allowing me to enjoy nature, explore ancient temples, and bask in the kind hospitality of their ever-smiling and caring staffs.

The bed and aircon will assure a great night sleep and the pool is small but absolutely beautiful (the views are amazing!!). The whole place is decorated beautifully and it really feels like a little piece of paradise. Bobby (the host) is sweet and very attentive and made us a beautiful floating breakfast the first morning we were there - an amazing experience. The sorrounding landscape and villages are just stunning too. I wished we had stayed longer!
