Hilfbereites und freundliches Personal. Dschungeltrekks können direkt in der Unterkunft gebucht werden. Die Lage ist super und sehr zentral. Das eigene Restaurant war spitze. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

It’s such a nice place to stay in Bukit Lawang. It’s right at the river and just a short walk from the “busy” part of the village. Rooms were clean and comfy. We also had a nice terrace with chairs and a hammock. Bathrooms were pretty spacious. The guest house has a nice garden and you can really emerge into the natural atmosphere. Sadly the Orang-Utans did not visit us at the guest house, but we were visited by some other curious monkeys.

Another village tour was arranged at short notice and proved very interesting.

We even saw some orang-utans during breakfast in the morning! The food was great and everybody was extremely nice! We also strongly recommend doing the jungle trek, the village tour and/or the cooking class with Batu Kapal Guesthouse.
