The hotel has private parking, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and check in was very smooth. We had three in our room; parents and one teenager. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served at your table by very professional staff. The room was amazing with a spectacular view of the perfectly groomed garden and Kilkenny Castle. The location made it easy to see all of the main sites within the townsite and is close to many great pubs and restaurants. A river walk is minutes away and there are plenty of quality shops. Highly recommend fish and chips at Matt the Millar's, just down the hill.

Breakfast was an absolute delight every morning , we couldn t wait to see what warm baked goods marsha had produced that morning , plus coffee , juice , fruit , yogurt and granola or chia seed pudding or porridge with berries , pastries and butter, milk and jam. Delivered to our door at an arranged time . Marsha and Jimmy could not have been more helpful or considerate . The location is beautiful, very peaceful and well maintained All facilities were clean and in good order . I would highly recommend the yurt at McClure Glamping site .
