We loved our stay at Maliyeckal Homestay, such a peaceful spot. The host family were so kind and helpful and wanted us to enjoy our stay and enjoy Munnar. Breakfast and dinners were great. About 10 minutes walk from the bus stop so easy to get in and out of Munnar once you get the hang of it.

A recently renovated homestay in Munnar, K Mansion offers outdoor fireplace, private parking and sports facilities.

K Mansion exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location was easily accessible (I took the bus from Allepey and you can request it to stop right in front of the hostel) The room was clean with a big window for ventilation. The 8 bedroom dorm has 2 bathrooms which is great! They provide a blanket, towel and there is handwash and body wash as well. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. A wide variety and really tasty. Food is great too and very reasonably priced. The hostel itself has beautiful views, a pool table, jacuzzi and Carrom board on the upper level. The service was also amazing. Jerry is a great host and helped me organise trips as well as helped ask my bus driver to stop in front of the hostel on the day I left to Kochi! I highly recommend staying here, I would easily come back!

An experience we will always remember!! The property is beautiful, full of trees, flowers and plants. The views are amazing and the hammocks are the perfect place to relax. But what made our experience unique, was Bony, the host. He is a very kind, curious, funny and passionate person who will show you around and take care of you with such passion and patience that is inspiring. We stayed at Thomas's homestay for 3 nights and we loved it! We had an awesome view from our room and the place was cosy and super clean :) Next to that the hospitality of Thomas and his wife and kids is exceptional. We were given tips/ advice on sightseeing, help with renting cabs/ tuktuks, food suggestions and much more. Thomas was always available in case we needed help with anything. Overall, this place is a rare find and we definitely recommend it!

I had a really great stay at this lovely hideaway, which is hidden on a hillside near Adimali. The lush green surrounding is accompanied by a diverse fauna which invites to observe and enjoy. Benny and his family ensured a pleasant stay and were beyond helpful with organizing trips to the beautiful spots around Adimali and Munnar. The offered food was outstanding and the accomodation itself was spotless clean and provided an exceptional view towards the opposite mountainside. I can highly recommend this homestay for all those, who are looking for a calm oasis from which to explore the area and dive into the beauty of the west ghats.
