The owner was wonderful and always helpful. She had a delightful breakfast in the AM. The guesthouse is very nice with spacious rooms. It is near the restaurants and the harbor. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Very well organised accommodation, where every little detail was taken care of. We felt at home the moment we arrived, soaking wet from the rain. Inga very kindly helped us with the drying of our shoes and laundry, too. The room was cosy, with clean sheets and blackout curtains, which was especially useful in summer. Each room had a clean, private heated toilet down the hallway. Breakfast was filling and had everything - bread, juice, yogurt, jam, ham, cheese, traditional cake and tea/coffee. Lastly, Inga was very kind to show us around her farm, sharing about her horses and sheep. We are so glad to have chosen Dynjandi for our travels around Hofn!

This is one of the most phoographed locations in Iceland with this amazing mountain and it's reflection in the shallow bay in front of it. There are also some great hiking trails nearby and a cool Viking Village movie set worth checking out. The hotel only has a few small rooms but staying here is all about location, location, location! Check out the Icelandic waffles and hot chocolate in the Viking Cafe; it's a great afternoon treat!

Hotel is located next to the ring road and out of any villages, perfect if you are hunting for auroras during the nights. Views are amazing and we even got to see the auroras from bed! Breakfast has little options but delicious and dinner on the hotel was really good too. Staff was amazing throughout our stay. Even though the hotel was fully booked, rooms were super quiet. Overall, not a negative thing to say, it was perfect!

The room was very comfortable, quiet and we really enjoyed the views. The breakfast was good and the staff members were very friendly. The beach is very popular but staying at the hotel allowed us to visit it in the evening, and in the morning, when we were the only people there.
