The breakfast was great, everyone on the staff was very kind and accommodating. We were here with our 3 children, and they gave us a small mattress for our 4 year old, even though I had booked the room for only 4 people. The room is small for 4 people, but comfortable for a night. They put two roll away beds in the room for our two kids, and there is also a large bed. This property is about a 15 minute walk from the tower.

It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.

Host was v helpful and responded quickly to any questions . Room comfortably took 3 beds. Shower was lovely good water pressure and hot water. The bathroom is outside the bedroom but is for your own self use. There is a shared kitchen with all facilities and food drinks provided as you want them. It is outside of the centre but an easy 20 min walk away.
