Very clean and modern, excellent quality amenities were provided. Everything was done with a lot of thought and care. I felt so relaxed to arrive after a long travel day to a place so comfortable. The house is lovely, and although it's a bit of a trek from Shingu Station, is in a quiet part of town close to a kakigori shop, and also not far from Kamikura Shrine. As a bonus, I ended up having the entire place to myself, which made it much easier to recuperate from days of trekking along the Kumano Kodo.
