Liked · We loved the friendly helpful staff and the well equipped facilities. Free chilled water and coffee 24h was great. There was a washing machine for us to use free in our room and a very efficient drier downstairs. We found a wonderful tempura restairant (Ishibashi) only a 5 minute walk away. The food was great and it was run by an older man and his daughter, we sat at the bench to eat so could watch them prepare our meals. It was a really authentic experiemce. We also visited the Hokusai museum... a wonderful exoerience. The deliCATessen opposite the shrine near the museum was a friendly coffee stop. We would highly recommend the hotel and the area.

E everything was just perfect. Very clean apartment. Nice location, close to the train station. Lot of eatery mainly Korean dishes The place is a buzz but no noise when inside the apartment. Apart from excellent customer service, our room has decent size for a traveler of 3 and the hotel has provided us with supplies of toiletries, cleaning tools, laundry soap, room and linen spray and dish washing - no need to spend time in getting all these yourself. I also like that it has a separate toilet, a separate bath area and sink/washing area. Each of us can do things separately so getting ready was faster. One can be busy in the toilet, while one is taking a bath and the other one is brushing teeth/doing makeup.
