I have been in SB House from 2023-06-10 to 2023-06-25. All was good. Microwave, washing machine, fridge, TV all in good condition. Bathroom is pretty clean. Bed is comfortable. Subway and bus stations are near the house. Also there are supermarkets 24/7 near the house,bank,cafes. The owner answered to my questions very fast.

Ocean house suwon is near to different bus stops. The location is within a local neighbourhoud but it is quiet at night. I was lucky that I was the only guest during my stay, felt like I own the house. The owner is very responsive & helpful.He checks on me to ensure that everything was doing well.
