Struttura che si presenta in modo conforme alle indicazioni riportate nel sito. Ottima disponibilità dell'Host ( Caroline) a soddisfare le varie esigenze rappresentate durante il soggiorno. Ambienti di buon livello molto ben organizzati ed adeguati alle esigenze di un soggiorno anche di tipo prolungato. In meno di 10 minuti si può raggiungere sia i mezzi di trasporto (Tram/Bus) per la città di Amsterdam che il centro commerciale di Amstelveen. In alternativa coordinando adeguatamente con l'Host si può accedere ad un parcheggio posto auto privato all'interno della struttura, fatto di primaria importanza per chi deve muoversi in modo autonomo.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood with extremely friendly staff. The room size was much bigger than expected (more than 3x the size of a 4-star hotel closer to the city). The onsite restaurant food was good. The unit I booked had it's own kitchen complete with oven, microwave and full size dishwasher. I was in Holland for a trade show and getting there by public transport was both cheap and quick. Well worth the money. I've stayed in the city on my last trip but this is 100 times better at less than 1/2 the price. Hard to beat.

The room with the kitchen is well equipped so that you can cook easily. The bathtub is a plus. Weekly room cleaning. Washing and drying machines are free and easily accessible. Free coffee at the lounge. Good for staying with family until renting an apartment.

The feeling is like a hotel accomodation with an outdoor space. All sorts of facilities are available and easy to get.

Easy access to the city centre day and night (Tram no.5 daytime, Bus no.N84 nighttime). Takes short time to reach the airport (Tram no.5 or 25 to Station Zuid, from there regional trains). Heating was enough, beds were comfortable, and you have direct access to a small garden where you can wake yourself up just after you get out of the bed. There is a good supermarket closeby and some other stores too. The owner is a nice person, he kindly answered any questions we had. He also let our luggage stay in there before and after our stay so that we could enjoy the city for a longer time. I appreciate his behaviour.
