It is very clean, new, well decorated. Very close to the tram station that take you to Amsterdam in 20 minutes. There a Kitchen that you can prepare your breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at Cityden Zuidas

The room with the kitchen is well equipped so that you can cook easily. The bathtub is a plus. Weekly room cleaning. Washing and drying machines are free and easily accessible. Free coffee at the lounge. Good for staying with family until renting an apartment.
