A welcoming, lovely young family who makes you immediately feel like you're staying with friends! I spent 2 lovely days with Norbert, Monique and Randa and I enjoyed getting to know them over the meals which they share with their guests. This is the sort of place you'll remember fondly months after you've left Rwanda and that's because of the wonderful people who run it, who take their time to ensure you're comfortable and happy. I also appreciated their flexibility with my ever-changing plans as they accommodated my early arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable and the house was clean and full of love. The hosts have a background in tourism so can help arrange (and guide) any activity you may want to do. It's a little gem in Musanze and you'll be so happy you chose to stay here.

I was planning to stay one or two nights at Volcano View but ended up staying 5 nights. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy in a nice house in a residential area. The neighborhood is quiet but yet not so far away from the city center (just a short walk). Isaac and his team have been wonderful hosts. They helped me plan my visits to the Volcanoes National Park and easily arranged transport for the four days I spent there. Everyday my breakfast was on the table at 6am and by 6h30 my lift was ready to take me to the park. I highly recommand this B&B!

The the place was really close to the city so everything was easily assessable. The staff were really helpful to arrange transportation to volcano national park and back as well arranged for us rides to go back home. Would love to give a shout out to Peter and Peace who helped us a lot and made everything easier for us when we stayed there. 100% recommend to stay at this place.

Thank you Francis Family for the wonderful hospitality you showed me during my visit to Musanze. Your place was very clean, everyone friendly and accommodating, very well located, near downtown but not so close as to be bothered by noise pollution. Your guidance on which places to visit made my trip cause I got to see and experience places like Buhanga, Twin Lakes, Bisoke and Hirwa Gorilla Family all with your assistance one way or another. Breakfast was great and huge! Lots of fresh fruit. Friendly hosts, fast kitchen and tasty dishes. Rooms were spotless with modern fixtures. Highly recommend - slightly outside Musanze town, and therefore much quieter than some of the other go-to affordable inns.
