Everything is perfect. The owner very proactive to reach us in advance and making sure that we won’t get lost by the incorrect direction by Google. Breakfast is simple but yummy. She loves cat so all the decorations are all about cat. (So cute) we were regret that we did not book here for another night. Will definitely stay here again if we happen to be there again. Thank you for making unsure that we had a nice and cozy stay there.

The homestay is run by a very lovely and friendly couple who went out of their way to provide a special breakfast as per our request. They are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are big and comfortable. The location and views are amazing.

We had a lovely stay here. Beautiful location with incredible hosts. They really went above and beyond to help us, even preparing baozi for us to take with us since we left early in the morning before breakfast. The view from the patio is lovely, and there is a short (but steep!) hike up to viewing platforms for the sunrise. (PS The host speaks English if your Chinese isn’t strong.)

The place is not too far away from restaurants and convenience stores - since most occupants will drive anyway, but at the same time is quiet and peaceful at night and in the morning. The location is quite good. The staff was quite nice too, and the homemade breakfast was enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location & surroundings are amazing. At night there are fireflies everywhere at the tea plantation (although it might depend on the time of the year - we got lucky :). The room is big and the bed is comfy. The hospitality of the host was extraordinary, too. We wanted to go for a hike the following day early in the morning before the sunrise and the host drove us there and packed breakfast for us. The night before we also had a yummy dinner. Highly recommended.

I had a delightful stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room. The proprietors were so friendly. The sunrise viewing platform was a great feature. The breakfast spread was hearty and delicious. I had the vegetarian hotpot in the evening, which was so satisfying. Lovely escape from the hustle and bustle.

The staff were very helpful and friendly (they booked me a table at the local hotpot restaurant both nights) and the dogs they have are lovely. The hotel is very easy to reach by bus as the 7329 stops in Xiding village and then it’s only a 5 minute stroll up a side road. The Eryanping trail is within 30mins walk and they provide a simple map to help you reach it, I went up there for the sunrise and it was beautiful. The room was clean and breakfast in the garden each morning was wonderful, with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Sheau Ching Singapore

Its location right outside their village bus stop makes it very convenient for first time travellers to find. The hosts were very welcoming and forthright in providing advice and suggestions on touring around Alishan. Breakfast was the most delicious meal I had.
