Kim from the frontdesk was amazing, very lovely, helpful and friendly. She provided us an itinerary for rainy days which was nice. We received a free upgrade to a room with bathtub. The room was 1 hour before check-in time ready. It was located at the end of the corridor and was quiet, no noise from the corridor or neighbors. It was very clean, the bathroom equipped with a Japanese toilet and linnen also. Beds are very comfortable (for European standards), size is about 160 x 200 cm and we loved the black out curtains. AC worked perfectly and quiet. Western and Asian breakfast available which is different every day, not too much choice but just enough. At the breakfast area you can get free snacks and tea/water throughout the day. Free umbrella service available for rainy days. Recommended!

Room is big and comfortable and has a good view of the mountain. We could see sunset and sunrise on the top of the building. The magnificent view of sunset was such an experience that we will remember for a long time. The owner is very friendly as well. We pre-booked the hotpot dinner and it was delicious.

Exceptionally good place, very good location etc. The owner was incredible kind and helpful, she took us for free to another town, where a bus departed to another town, showing us several interesting places along the way. At the end, she gave us food for the journey...I would very highly recommend the place.
