It fit the bill to a T! Very comfortable, so comfortable the dog didn’t want to leave the (provided) doggy bed. Full kitchen, full accessories, great price and value. Sleeping arrangements fit us all perfectly. And close walking distance to food, coffee (Dunkin and a great mom n pop next door). Tucson, we will be back! And the darts and cornhole games in the back yard were a nice touch.

We loved staying at Desert Jewel! This apartment far exceeded our expectations! The condo is beautiful, spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, very nicely decorated and on a great location. The beds and the couch are super comfortable and the two bathrooms are beautiful. Everything is like brand-new! We also enjoyed staying at the pool. The location is perfect. There is the River walk nearby where you can go walking, running or bicycling. 2 Minutes walk to restaurants, shops. and, on weekends, to the farmers market. The host is available for whatever at any time and accommodated all our wishes immediately. We would definitely stay again and 100% recommend the Desert Jewel!

What I most liked is to enter into what feels like home but far away from home. all super-clean, all home-feeling, basic needs (coffee, water, salt, oil, etc.) in the cupboard. What else ? Off-road parking in the backyard, walking distance from Univeristy of Arizona main offices. Everything really perfect.

Lizzie & Alec were terrific hosts and very receptive to our needs and requests making our stay a memorable one. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. And also made a yummy breakfast before our check out the next morning. Our car died, so Lizzie gave me a boost, and even dropped what she was doing to give me a ride to the airport when I was in a crunch. We highly recommend these hosts if visiting the area! Cheers!
