Mitchell came to our unit and offered to take us with our grandchildren to see the farm in the back of his bakkie. The boys walked with the chickens, picked out eggs, checked the vege garden, drove a tractor and were generally spoilt - Mitchell was their hero. We walked with the Al Paco's, the geese and even visited the goat house, We had sundowners on the deck, made a beautiful hot tub and experienced their amazing "Eathouse" meals. The Breakfast basket was exceptional.

My family and I spent two nights at Lavender Blue and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and well equipped, the braai area outside was great for relaxing and enjoying conversation. The location is great, a short walk from the river and a great place to swim, and the house is also close to the town centre where there are lots of great restaurants and shops.

wonderful small cottage in a beautiful garden in the Stanford. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. We stayed there for 4 nights. Good location to explore the surrounding area of Gaansbai, Cape Agulas and Hermanus. Small, nice restaurants in the little town within walking distance. We also had a fantastic finedining experience at Sprinfontain Wine Estate with gourmet food. Excellent and recommended😊
