Set in Bodensdorf in the Carinthia region and Fortress Landskron reachable within 10 km, Ferienwohnungen Steger offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, a private beach area and... We book a long stay here, covering Christmas and New Year's. And it was a great decision! We had the ground-floor apartment, which is actually one single large room, with a double bed and a couch that opens - very good quality both, slept very well. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher (although we didn't really cook that much). It's 8min away by car to the Gondola and 1min away from Ossiach Lake. I bet it's beautiful during summer, but it was great also now. Christian, the owner, is a great person, helped us out with a small problem - I think we saw him 3 times during our stay, but if we needed something, he was always reachable. Due to the pandemic and the fact that this is usually a summer destination, we were mostly alone in the whole villa, which made us feel very like at home (our own vacation house in Austria :) ) There are grocery stores nearby, Villach Is 15min by car, Feldkirchen the same. And as a bonus, the train station is just across (and not, you can't hear the train passing). There are plenty of things to do around and places to visit, for all ages. It was a great vacation and we plan on going back again in 2022!

Every thing is available and like home All facilities are next to you I rent car so travel even easy very very good view every day and night won’t be last for me for sure

The appartment was really big, clean, comfortable,warm and a lovely place to stay. Owner was flexible about arrival and departure,and a card for boat-trip was a welcome bonus - thank you so much to prepare it in advance. We apreciated,how many practical things you can find in app. (f.e. in kitchen and bathroom) and it would be a good place to stay also for a much longer time. We were also feeling confortable to see it was cleaned really well before our arrival.
