La Maison de Lise ligger i Ville-Pommeroeul, bara 32 km från Valenciennes Train Station, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, grillmöjligheter och gratis WiFi. This was such a lovely little cottage. Private and yet you have hosts right at your hand if needed. Very safe and nice surroundings. You can park your car right in front of the cottage it is a big plus as we were making our way home from the UK (and I needed to tidy up our belongings as they were all over the car at that time - so here I had peace and space to do it). Inside the cottage it is very well equipped, nice, clean and tidy. Just all you need to relax and get your energy back. Bed was big and comfy so we got some good sleep there.

LA P'TITE MAISON ligger 41 km från Walibi Belgium och 41 km från Genval-sjön, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och en trädgård. This place is a gem. Our Google maps took us straight there but the owners also sent detailed instructions. The place is like an Aladdin's cave with antiques and a unique design. It's a stand alone building next to the home of the hosts. There is a small brook outside the deck and the whole attic is a large bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom large and spacious. It felt great to have our own living room with a wood burning stove, very cozy. Breakfast was amazing. Our host Sabine asked us what time we wanted it and arrived at that time with a wicker basket full of fresh pastries, jams, eggs and cold meats with cheese. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen that brews fabulous coffee by the cup. We were blown away by the hospitality. We have some French and that is how all communication is done, Sabine and Richard don't speak any English.
