The Butler House Bed & Breakfast is an American Craftsman-style Foursquare residence built circa 1910 located in the Park Place Historic District in Niagara Falls. Both Jamie and Dan were great hosts, attentive and responsive. You can tell they truly want everyone to have the best experience in Niagara Falls. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicicious. Only the doors lock system was somehow complicated, until you learn how to operate it.

Felt home. Mattress was really comfy. I usually have issues with hotels mattress not being comfy. Breakfast was great. Fresh and good variety. Sunny was very very helpful and accommodating. No noise from other rooms even though looks like a small space between rooms.
