A kitchen that is not big but easy to use. There are all kinds of dishes and pots, so there is no inconvenience. There is also a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very good. Both the kitchen and the shower room have good water pressure, and the hot water comes out quickly, so I don't feel stressed. The room is stylish and has a chic atmosphere, so it's very calm. It's very convenient because there are side tables and lamps on both sides of the bed. There were plenty of tables, wardrobes, and storage shelves, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience.

Alma Boutique Hotel er et nyrenoveret lejlighedshotel i centrum af Tbilisi. Det er et 4-stjernet hotel tæt på Frihedspladsen og Tbilisis opera- og balletteater. Booked this hotel for my parents. Easy to find and fantastic location in Tbilisi with the main sights in walking distance as well as the Cake district which has loads of great cafes and restaurants. Had a room with a view of the beautiful opera house. Staff were really lovely and welcoming and also organised a taxi to the airport for my parents. The room was huge and really clean. Bathroom was great. Good wifi. Perfect for a short stay in Tbilisi.

It was very warm inside and perfect for times we came from cold outside. It was so clean and cozy, had everything needed. The location was perfeeeect. We could go most of places walking, it’s literally in the heart of old Tbilisi. Very nice host, very nice quiet apartment. Definitely recommended!

Ideally located, on a quiet side street but central and close to many good restaurants and a 24h supermarket. Not much traffic goes through this street so it's peaceful at night. The room was spotlessly clean, with all mod cons and had a lovely balcony (worth paying extra for!) with great views to have your morning tea. Very friendly, helpful and flexible managers: Late check in was no problem, nor was leaving my bag for the afternoon after I checked out. All in all fantastic value for money.

This guest house was exceptional in every way. Shota is a generous, cheerful host. The guest house is in Sololaki, an interesting, architectural gem of an inner city neighbourhood that gives easy, close access to Tbilisi. There was plenty of hot water for showers, a very comfortable bed, and extra treats like a welcoming bottle of wine and sweets. Staying here made my 9 night Tbilisi stay perfect. All these aspects made Siemen's such good value for money
