Boasting a private beach area, Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan is located in Lagoi, northern of Bintan Island. The property offers villas with air-conditioned bedrooms and private pools. The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and the private pool was great fun. The location was very peaceful, and we didn’t hear any noise overnight. Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nicely done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers to activities we wanted to do on the island. The beach here was quiet, clean and very beautiful. The hotel food was nice and the restaurant has a lovely beach view. There are also food options in Lagoi which is only 5mins away in a taxi and the taxi cost very little. The hotel arranged taxis for us which made it super easy to pop in when we wanted to pick bits up. Information online is fairly scarce about Lagoi, so for info we found warung yeah! Which is a reasonably priced eatery offering a pretty extensive menu at a smaller cost than the resort hotels, and we found a bbq place in Lagoi. There are also some street vendors selling world food options, again for a good price. There is also a bar but that was on the pricey side. You could easily eat in Lagoi for a good price. Alternatively if travelling further afield the restaurants at Nirwana Gardens were lovely and about 15mins away by taxi. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

Located about a 20-minute away from Tanjung Pinang city centre, Trikora Beach Club offers an eco-friendly beachfront accommodation with free WiFi access in public areas of the property and free... Fantastic facilities, location, like a little paradise - beautiful beach, two swimming pools with view on the beach, lots of trees (lovely shade), very natural setting. The kitchen is open all day from 7am to 10pm so it's very convenient and also the food is really good. The tables are located right above the beach so you can have all your meals and cocktails with a beautiful view and nice breeze. All staff was super nice. There's a real effort to not use plastic and be environmentally friendly, like glass straws and asking clients to use maximum one beach towel per day, and you can refill water at their fountains and ask for a glass of water anytime at no charge (so not plastic water bottles need to be used, which we appreciate a lot). Bungalows are comfortable, quite spacious, a bit rustic, don't expect luxury, but they are very pleasant and functional. Spa center has massage offering that we also enjoyed. There are faucets everywhere so you can wash your hands (nice for the kids) and also wash the sand from your feet easily before entering the pool or your bungalow. I don't come there to be connected but for information for other visitors, the WiFi worked pretty well (watched women world cup matches).

"D'BAMBOO KAMP" Desa Wisata Ekang in Lagoi has 3-star accommodation with water sports facilities, pool with a view and a garden. The most liked thing about Desa Wisata is the staff. They are all so friendly and hospitable. They always welcome you with a smile on their face and go an extra mile to put a smile in yours. I would like to thank each and everyone of their staffs - Wayan, Rendi, Riau, Idayat, Mery, Nur, Enra, Henra, David and. We had stayed in the Glamping tents that come with water heater, aircon and TV. Though we didn't use the TV much, the aircon is a must since it becomes pretty hot mid-day since you are literally in a tent! There were a lot of activities in the resort itself to keep us occupied for the two days we stayed there. Overall, I would definitely recommend Desa Wisata to anyone who wants a bang for their buck. PS : Seems they are upgrading the resort with even more activities.
