Great facility with great staff! The room was super clean and bathroom was so nice and big. Staff is very helpful and kind. Bed, pillows was pretty comfortable and it has a small balcony which you can enjoy the view. It was not problem for us but it’s 20 mins far from lake by bus. It is very nice journey with a view of Lake Como but good to keep it in mind.

Absolutely loved my stay. Such a lovely property, clean areas, attentive staff, and little thoughtful touches throughout including evening drink table. A very secure and safe place for a solo female traveller. Only 10min from heart of como and very easy to get to lake and ferry. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

We liked everything! The accommodation was incredibly clean and full of details.- the little kids car mattress was a nice touch and kept our toddler entertained. The accommodation is very well equipped. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

We communicated via Whatsup and she was very understanding and kind person as I understood from her kind answers. Fresh flowers, a bottle of wine was waiting on the table which was a very gentle welcoming when we arrived into the house.. House is very very clean. Beds are very comfortable. There are tee and coffee for the Nespresso café machine. We cooked in the kitchen and kitchen equipment was enough for us. When I come to Como once again I definitely prefer this house and I recommend to everyone.

When we walked in, Stefano gave us a warm welcome, and the check in to the room was super swift. When we walked into the room, it had a beautiful view and a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean, they do housekeeping every day. The bathroom has a nice design and was very clean. The entire stay was quiet, relaxing, and homey in general. The location was amazing, it’s only a few steps away from all the restaurants, the lake, bus station, and ferry station, you only need to take a taxi to the train station. Stefano was great in communication, he replies very fast, and he is very helpful and cheerful.
