The room was bigger than in others hotels, and so comfy, I really will come back for sure!

Always handy to have a fridge, microwave and toaster oven handy. Able to eat as soon as we got up to get our day going, and always had snacks ready for our late night cravings. The size was great, having travelled with 3 kids. It was clean. Location was great! We would love to come back again and for sure will come stay here!

Very reasonably priced compared to many of the Kyoto hotels. We had house number 5, very spacious, big very comfy bed. We loved the little lounge area where they serve breakfast and a selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day. We had a hire car and parked in the car park almost opposite, very reasonably priced. Great base to then explore Kyoto. We did also utilise nearby stations to get around. You are not super close to the very popular tourist areas but all very accessible and it suited us to have a quieter escape as the city was very busy coming into peak blossom time. Staff all lovely and helpful Thank you

Very beautiful old style Japanese local house but mixed with modern style. An entire house is fabulous with the view and place. Nice free space for living room and table tennis. The relaxing space next to the sea is very good vibe. The staff is very helpful to explain everything in the house, provide the house tour and help to manage dinner and breakfast.
