Hostal Brisas del Ometepe ligger 33 km från Cristo de la Misericordia, Nicaragua och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. This was living with a family in their home. They treated us like family and even took us on tour around the area and to the beach. They don't have a lot but offered us everything. Marta even washed our riding gear and coffee and food were constantly given to us. This is not a 5-star hotel but the experience was 10-star. It was tough to say goodbye the following day as it truly felt like we were leaving family. We took them out for supper and had a fabulous time. If you want to experience the true way of life staying with Max and Martha is a fantastic eye-opener and a wonderful experience you won't find anywhere else.

Casa La Aventura Guasacate - Popoyo ligger en kort bit från Popoyo-stranden och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, en terrass och ett gemensamt kök. I cannot describe how much I loved this place; I was made to feel welcome and at home from the minute I arrived and so much care and thought has clearly been put into the casa. The communal spaces and garden are beautiful and spotlessly clean and I loved all the little details like your own space in the fridge and that you can buy/order in groceries and drinks. Location was super quiet and close to the beach and it was really hard to leave this little bit of heaven!

If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet place this is it. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. We also enjoyed a large deck and a shared well equipped kitchen. The 3 cats on the property were a bonus. Very friendly! Rafa is the most positive and helpful host.

Rosa's Lake Cabins ligger i Mérida och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi. Som gäst har du tillgång till en trädgård, en terrass och en restaurang. I found a piece of happiness here..the property and the beach front were perfect, secluded beach all to yourself…and maybe the random horse. Very beautiful and relaxing place to stay… also the room service food was a complete bonus…fresh everything!! Can’t bet fresh coffee being delivered to your room in the morning.

Ananda Guest house is located on the slopes of the Maderas Volcano on Ometepe Island, 19 mi from the port of Moyogalpa. Incredibly view. Great apartment. Felt spacious and clean.

Casa Papaki ligger 4,7 km från Volcán Maderas och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en terrass samt restaurang. Definitely the nicest rooms and gardens in all of Ometepe! Beautiful private balcony and many lovely dogs living there. The bed was the most comfortable in all my travels in Nicaragua I think, with quality sheets and a comforter and two big windows for a nice breeze. There’s a few restaurants nearby but they also offer a delicious breakfast on site. I loved the decor and the place was spotless. The location is remote but perfect walking distance to do the kayak tour of the river. If you’re a dog lover and go to Playa Mangos to do the kayak tour please take a bag of dog food, I’ve never seen so many skeletal dogs, they will appreciate it
