The property was beautiful, clean, in a great location and extremely well equipped. There was literally everything in the kitchen that you could possibly ever need to cook while you are away. Oven and electric hob were excellent with large fridge and freezer, great for families or groups. In addition the laundry room had a clean washing machine, airer and vaccuum. Beds were ok (a little hard for us, but just personal preference) Living, dining areas and bathrooms excellent. Niki was a great host.

The location is a paradise on Earth. You are in the middle of the beautiful nature, you can swim, enjoy sauna and lot of other activities. Our host was very kind. He was there for us every time we needed. He also borrowed us his bikes, so we could visit Flekkefjord, which is 11 km away, and offered us a ride to the bus the day we were leaving. He did the cleaning every day and regularly checked if everything is alright. You share kitchen and common rooms with other guests, but there is enough common space and seatings, so it's up to you how much you want to socialise.

This is an exceptional apartment, and my only regret is that we could not stay for longer than 1 night. The amenities are above and beyond what I expect for "Excellent" accommodations. The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is safe and lovely. The bed and bedding is very comfortable, the rooms have reliable and easy to use temperature controls, and the water pressure in the shower and all faucets is very good! I travel all across the US as a healthcare worker, and am very accustomed to renting fully furnished apartments for 3+ months at a time, and I can say with certainty that this apartment is far superior to pretty much every other rental I've stayed in, and that's saying quite a lot. Berit is delightful. Her English is excellent, and her tips regarding the area and our travel plans to Stavanger were very helpful and accurate. We stayed for 1 night in late October, in the Superior Apartment labeled 20A. Furnishings were modern, classy, simple, and all appliances and fixtures appeared to be brand new. The enviroment is fantastic and you can get all the quiet in the world there.

I instantly felt welcomed in everything, from exceptionally friendly host to a cozy interior and thought out little details. The surroundings are also superb, we even stayed for longer then initially planned to enjoy the views and to hike in the woods.
