Located in Huaraz in the Ancash region, Lhotse Hostel B&B offers accommodation with access to a public bath. The property features mountain and city views, and is 1.5 km from Estadio Rosas Pampa. Our stay was absolutely amazing. We ended up staying at Lhotse for a whole week! We felt like home! Besides having a comfortable room, with a hot shower and a good bed, they also have great common areas to relax and socialise. The Rooftop is perhaps the best spot in the whole hostel with wesome views of the mountains around Huaraz. The kitchen was immaculate and very well equipped. Breakfast was simple, but still we had variety from day to day. The staff was so attentive and friendly.

Located 500 metres from the main square and 400 metres from Oltursa bus station, Hostal Universal offers free Wi-Fi and 24-hour front desk assistance in Huaraz. The owners are very nice! They arranged everything for us during our stay (good price), including tours, earlier breakfast etc. Also had a (very) early check in after a night bus. Location directly in the city center with the street market in the same street, but no noise. Hotel is just perfect to stay in Huaraz.

Featuring a garden and views of river, casa montañista lodge & camping is a recently renovated country house set in Huaraz, 4.9 km from Estadio Rosas Pampa. In short, 5 booked days turned into two weeks. We immediately felt at home and incredibly comfortable. For us it was a little paradise. The river that borders the house is perfect for swimming or fishing. From the outdoor kitchen you had a really beautiful view of the mountains, the river and the sunrise. It is a beautiful, quiet place with chickens, cats and sheep that belong to Walter's mother. She lives on the property and supplied us with little things to eat and drink from her little shop. When we were there, there were two baby cats that we really loved. It is super easy, quick and cheap to get to Huaraz town with the collectivo bus. From the property you can walk several small treks, such as to viewpoints and to a waterfall. We were lucky that Walter accompanied us on an adventurous hike to the waterfall. We already miss it and can highly recommend this beautiful spot in nature to everyone. It really exceeded our expectations. Thanks again to Walter and his mother.
