Thanks to Mr. Jumaa he is so accomodating. We arrived early in the hotel and he let us stay to a vacant room to rest from a tiring flight while waiting for our room. Transportation is a bit hard in Al Ulla if you don't have car but he extend his help to make our stay comfortable. What I like most is that even we transferred to habittas on our last day and find it difficult to book a car going to the airport he is just one call away.

We love the place and the staff It was more than an amazing trip, and I'm really happy I chose Ashar Tent Resort, everything was perfect, I appreciate it and say a big thank you to all the reception team, they were so lovely and hospitable to us, and everything we asked, they sent on time, I would like to share the name of all of them but unfortunately I don't have it but I would like to say thank you and many best regards to everyone. 🤗 The food was delicious and wonderful, there were many options for breakfast and dinner, especially my job is a chef and it is not easy to accept any food, I was really afraid of the food but in the first dinner I had, I got a high level of satisfaction😋 (Thank you chef Gede thanks to all the chefs at the resort) The restaurant team was very wonderful with us and the service was the best.🫰 I thank Mr. George(the restaurant manager) and Mohamed, who provided us with excellent service, and the rest of the team, their smile and professionalism at work exceeded our expectations.❤️🫶 The room was very beautiful and had all the supplies and cleanliness was excellent. Big Thankfull to the housekeeping team for this wonderful care and arrangement.❤️❤️ We would have liked to stay longer, we were very happy to know everyone of you and stay with you, and we were sad when we left. IT exceeded my requirements, super clean, all features there, I could recommend this place for a long stay as well, The guy welcomed me was a very nice person, friendly and professionally. Rooms are super clean, perfect lighting, fulfilled all my A to Z requirements. (Iron, Dryer, Washing Machine, Cooker with Gas, Little Dine in, comfortable bed, Drawer, LED stripped mirrors, Western Bathroom, etc... Travel - I came by Car from Jeddah, it took only 10 minutes to Haram Parking. Food - In 3 minute drive, or walk , you can access to main street, plenty of restaurants and other shops available

Mountain house se află la aproximativ 32 km de Mormintele Madain Saleh și oferă vedere la munte, un balcon și o terasă. The place itself is very nice. Since it's outside of the city, it gives you the feeling of staying in the countryside and thus it's very quiet and peaceful. Very charming garden and various spots to hang around the house with private entry. The house is very well equipped. But what makes this place very unique is the host, Mohammed. He's an amazing man, very social, very kind and always making sure you have everything you need. Can't wait to get back and stay with Mohammed again.
