I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

The Butler House Bed & Breakfast is an American Craftsman-style Foursquare residence built circa 1910 located in the Park Place Historic District in Niagara Falls. One of the very few extraordinary place we've have ever visited in our life. The experience is out of this world! I would like to personally thank to Dan and Jamie, they are wonderful. They have redefined the hospitality concept . They are so sincere and genuine you couldn't have ever met. We also got a free room upgrade! :) And breakfast is prepared based on your preferences, at your desired time. Would definitely stay here again, when visiting Niagra Falls next time.

Sunny was amazing! She was so sweet and accommodating with great recommendations for dinner and directions. She does everything herself from cooking an awesome breakfast, to cleaning, to reservation help and check-in. She even went way out of her way to make my birthday stay extra sweet! Although this home is not on the river with amazing views, it is in a very quiet neighborhood community with the walking/running/biking trail (which leads into town and the falls about a mile away) just across the street. We had the only downstairs suite with our own private entrance and loved it! There is a cute front porch to relax on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very homey and perfect, especially for the price!

I recommend this B&B. John was the best host. He gave us key information about the visit at the falls. Really to!

All: B&B is in a good position if you want to visit Niagara Falls (only 8/10 minute walk). Breakfast was so delicious, our room was clean and comfortable. Alice is very nice, gentle and she give some tips about what see during our stay.

This hotel is actually very lovely and very cozy house with only 4 rooms in it. I believe each has it's own bathroom (our had one) and there's a shared space on 2nd floor with fridge, cooler with water, microwave and coffee machine to get some snacks. The breakfast is awesome, beautifully served, and it's A LOT! Lee is wonderful host.
