We have had such a wonderful time here! It's right on the edge of the National park so the gardens are often visited by monkeys and orangutans right outside the bungalows. We've stayed for a week so that we also had time to relax and work as well as jungle/river/village activities - we would happily stay longer. The staff are lovely and the food is fantastic. Plenty of veggie/vegan options and willing to cater for dietary requirements. Laundry was very reasonably priced. The family bungalow is spacious, comfortable and clean. Just remember this is the jungle - you'll find plenty of critters about!

the hotel is in perfect conditions, clean, comfortable bed and quiet location. the gardens are beautiful and you can tell the maintenance is important to the owners as the hotel always looked clean and cozy with the beautiful landscaping. It’s close to dinner spots and the village

Beautiful location. The management organized exceptional private airport transportation as well as jungle trek. We were able to pay for all charges on credit card at the property.

Unforgettable experience. Our guides and lodge staff members were absolutely amazing - made the stay and the jungle trek so much fun and took care of us so well. We asked for a little bit of an off-the-beaten-track trail and that is exactly what we got. The food during the trek was delicious - fresh fruit and amazing chicken and tofu dishes for dinner in the jungle. We saw so many monkeys and made really good friends during our stay. Also, the orangutan card game in the jungle left us all laughing into the night. Our hosts also arranged our transportation to and from bukit lawang so it was super easy for us. Absolutely perfect experience in the jungle, would recommend staying and trekking with this jungle lodge for an authentic experience with the best company.

The rooms are very big and the staff is amazing. They showed us amazing spots in the village. We felt very welcome and were sad that we had to leave. Would definitely recommend going to Garden Inn!
