It is a huge beautiful building directly at the beach (a quite nice one) with 3 apartments. Our apartment was quite big with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a large living room and 2 big balconies. Everything is well equipped and you can easily spend several weeks here. It has a big pool, more than enough sunbeds and the beach is just out of the backside gate. There is 24h security on the property and free drinking water. The whole staff is exceptional (especially Rehan)! Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is also perfect as you have tons of nice restaurants at walking distance.

I thought about 2 night there but I stayed 5 😅 I really like the villa, the option of making my own breakfast in the morning was awesome 🥰 Every day the common area was cleaned. Mosquito net is available but only by request. The most beautiful beach - silent beach was only 2 min from the villa! I really enjoyed spending the time there. The staff was really helpful and nice. Near the villa are a lot of family’s small restaurants serving local food. Also for people like me who traveling a lot - the option of making laundry was salutary 😌

Room was so clean, it had everything we needed, the place was peaceful and had a beautiful garden With a lake. We absolutely loved this place! It is a hidden gem! The owner and his wife are very heartily and welcoming, helping us with everything that we needed! The two cabanas are in a beautiful garden where you also have the very delicious traditional Sri Lanka breakfast! The Goyambokka beach is just a 5 minutes walk away, the silent beach 10 min walk. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend to anybody to come and stay here! Thank you again for making our stay so very special 🌸
