An entirely mindblowing place to rest and reset! You wake up in the cosy sailing-style wooden chalet, go outside, and jump into the beautiful river of Buna (Bojana)! Your terrace turns out to be your private small pier:) You are swimming ten meters ahead and see the river mouth to the sea - just a few hundred meters down the river:)! Isn't it a paradise on Earth? For us, it was! Seven minutes by foot to the nearest quiet sandy beach with bars and restaurants. Ten minutes by car to the long set of kitesurfing spots. Live it up!

Property is very sweet and cozy. Location is exceptional having everything you need at a walking distance (restaurant, two grocery stores, nightclub, beach...). It's equipped with voltage booster so using air-conditioning isn't a problem during voltage drop. There is a water pressure booster so drops in water pressure don't affect showering. Host is fantastic!

The Congo Bungalow exceeded our expectations. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Although it was off-season, the property was maintained as if it were a hotel with guests and cleaning staff circulating all the time. The property had beautiful patio furniture and the indoor amenities were plentiful (i.e. kitchen was stocked, bathroom was stocked, laundry room was stocked, etc.) The tranquility of this location is unbeatable - especially since the area is considered a quiet zone. The extra blankets in the bedrooms were perfect for putting on our laps as we read our books on the beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Also, as a note - please make sure to communicate with the host on how to arrive to the location. It was a little tricky going under the bridge where it felt like we were going in the wrong direction, but obviously we weren't.
