Set on 80 acres, each Waves & Wildlife Cottage features a large patio offering lovely sea views and outdoor furniture. Guests enjoy direct access to Stokes Bay Beach, one of Kangaroo Island’s most beautiful beaches. Beautiful location with views over Stokes Bay and the countryside. The wildlife and birds were wonderful. There were many kangaroos all day onsite and many wallaby's at dusk.

This holiday home provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.8 km from Christmas Cove Marina. Jess (our host) was so responsive. The view from the deck was stunning. Also, at night we could see kangaroos in the area around the car port because there was a motion sensor light which turned on when anything hopped by. That was such a great surprise.

Everything perfect. A great place to be. Near flinder Chase National Park. Koala and Kangaroo came to the Csmoground.

Everything, the view is amazing, the wildlife, a beautiful echidna living in the front garden the house itself was spacious, comfortable beds, fantastic dining table for everyone to eat at. It was just perfect for us and had everything we needed.

It was a beautiful warm cabin set in a field with wild echidna’s and birds. The facilities were perfect for a 3 night stay with enough equipment to cook meals. The bed and pull out couch were both comfortable. The dog (Chase) is very sweet and Brett offered to assist us anyway we needed and was very helpful. It was a very short drive (or medium long walk) into town and perfect for exploring the island.

Brett met us on arrival (along with his friendly dog, Chase!) and explained the facilities and cabin in great detail. He made sure we were comfortable at all times but never intruded on our privacy. The location is close to Kingscote and handy to main roads for adventures, but also private enough for peace.

The cabins are basic but clean and you have everything you need. Very quiet area. You do really go there for the setting, having kangaroos jumping right next to your cabin at the end of the day, what else can you ask for... Good location close to the village. We would go back. Thank you!

Location is great, only 7mins drive to town (Kingscote). And in really nice and quiet community. The cabin is modern, clean, and good space, has nice kitchen, Netflix on TV. The owner Linda is very helpful and friendly. She offer free cooking oil and basic seasoning and all the basic kitchen appliances you needed, all ready in the cabin. Really lovely. Really recommend.
