In my opinion this is the best place you can find in CR generally. Nicest wooden house in just 50 meters from such a beach. Impeccable place multiplied by a super service and attention we were paid by the staff and personally by a co-owner Luis! We would certainly like to return to this place!

Overall a very pleasant experience.

Playa Negra Guesthouse is located in Cahuita, right in front of the beach. All units feature a seating area. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with pool or garden views. Amazing property right in front of a gorgeous beach. We had an amazing time at Playa negra guesthouse, the hosts Pierre and Marise were incredibly welcoming and showed us so many animals around the property including a baby sloth! The pool was awesome and the room did the job perfectly. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Situated 5 km awayfrom Cahuita in the Limon Region and 18 km from Puerto Viejo, Passion Fruit Lodge boasts an outdoor pool and views of the tropical garden. Cocles is 20 km from the property. Immaculately clean & a great space for our family. We travelled with a 2 year old and 6 month old. The pool was really nice!

Playa Grande Lodge & Tree House offers pet-friendly accommodation in Cahuita. Puerto Viejo is 16 km from the property. Free WiFi is available throughout. Fantastic location, excellent owners, very good breakfast, tree house is wonderful, near the beach. Many animals for watching.
