We loved everything about this place. The staff were super helpful. The view of Mt. Agung right in front of our room was priceless. The room was large and comfy, and the air conditioning was effective.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, they even organised a birthday cake for my husband's birthday at short notice. Our room was spotlessly clean and the grounds were lovely and well kept.
