Feels like a Swedish cabin in the heart of the Burren- spotless, cosy, restful well appointed, great shower, no detail left unplanned even down to real crystal wine glasses and welcome pack. self contained & peaceful, we even heard the cuckoo in the morning! Two mornings…. Lovely east facing deck to sit out and view the rising morning sun or the stars at night and the lights of Lisdoon in the distance, warmed by a wood fired chimera. Absolutely everything, the most exquisite cottage, immaculately kept with every single appliance and accessory one might need. The location is perfect in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood situated about half an hour from Galway. The manager Bill was so warm and helpful, on arrival he had left us all sorts of goodies like bread, scones, jam, milk, and gave us lots of tips and info.
