Our room had everything we needed: a cozy bed, working AC, and a clean space to relax after traveling. The host even gave us cold drinks and face towels when we arrived. This was the most amazing homestay we ever stayed at. The whole family just went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We could join in the kitchen to learn more about making traditional food and were even invited to the New Year celebration. The food was the best we had in Sri Lanka and the room was extremely comfortable. They also organized a great safari for us with a great guide at a very fair price. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Haroun and his team were very dedicated. The garden tour was a real plus and very instructive! This is a lovely place I can only recommand. *the sun rise just in front the bed is just magic!

Offering a barbecue and views of the garden, River Glamping by Gaga bees is located in Udawalawe in the Ratnapura District Region, 8 km from Udawalawe National Park. This was one of the most peaceful, lovely experiences during my trip around Sri Lanka. The tents were well equipped, spacious, and comfortable and made for a peaceful nights sleep. Madu the manager was so kind and helpful! The service and food was excellent- homemade traditional sri lankan food in big portions. We had a lovely time wandering around and going for a swim in the river with the friendly dog Lola. We would like to thank Madu and everyone at the property for their hospitality. We will definitely be coming again! Great glamping experience.
